WHO WE ARE
We are a partnership of highly experienced executive recruiters and management consultants with a lot of time served. We have in-depth knowledge, extensive networks and a very successful track record of delivery. Working together, we combine our different expertise which provides an enhanced offer to our clients.
We are not a ‘cookie cutter’ consultancy, and one size does not fit all. We deliver great results by listening to our clients and by designing bespoke solutions for each programme, project or campaign. We aren’t constrained in our methodology, process or fee structures so we can tailor each project around the specific needs of our clients. We can be creative, and we can think outside the box when we look at how we can best help our clients.
While we are a fresh new business, we are made up of familiar, established faces and all of us wanted to change the way search, interim and consultancy work is delivered. We are a new type of organisation, a challenger brand, and we look at the world a little differently.
We have a shared belief that we can deliver a quality of service that we rarely experienced as ‘buyers’ ourselves. We do this by forging lasting partnerships and relationships with our clients. Our work is delivered with the client and through the client. It’s about partnership, and we get it right. We are part of our client’s team, working together to achieve the best outcomes.

Through our Executive Search practice, we find the leadership and senior management talent clients are seeking for the longer term and through our Interim Management practice, the flexible resource to fill capability or capacity gaps in the shorter term.
Through our Organisational Consulting practice, we work with business owners, HR Leaders, boards and stakeholders, helping them shape their organisation and people strategies to support their organisational aspirations. We help identify and develop the skills, behaviours and experience at all levels of senior management to lead sustainably and deliver change. We can directly contribute to the delivery of projects as well as introducing psychometric assessments to support selection and development.
Through our Operational Consulting practices, we work with clients to support them with the design and implementation of transformational change and growth initiatives particularly within Healthcare and Higher Education as well as leveraging added value from the greater adoption of digital business information services..
Through our Coaching and Mentoring practice, we help leaders and senior managers identify their potential, and develop to optimise their performance or achieve specific professional goals.
